Tough Decision

Gill has been in for her last check up before her next half iron man next weekend, although she is structurally sound and ready to go she has a big dilemma:
She has been asked to compete for Great Britain in Las Vagas but this clashes with the qualifiers for the Iron Man World Championships in Hawaii – what should she choose?!
