Krishna treats with a mixture of a structural approach an uses a wide range of techniques including soft tissue mobilisation, joint manipulation and kinesio-tape, as well as also integrating techniques of Cranial Osteopathy within her treatments. Cranial Osteopathy is a branch of Osteopathy that uses light touch to feel tissue tension and the quality of tissues to help to identify the root cause of dysfunction.
Krishna is a firm believer of the principle that each patient is different and everyone reacts differently to treatment therefore she caters treatment to suit the needs of her patients and enjoys explaining and discussing each individual patient’s problems with them in detail. This ensures patients leave with a clear understanding of their condition/injury and treatment/recovery plan.
As well as Osteopathy, Krishna is also a qualified Level 3 Sports Massage therapist. She is registered with the General Osteopathic Council, a body who ensure patient safety by registering qualified Osteopaths and maintaining professional standards are maintained.
