Tennis & Golfers Elbow

Today I treated yet another golfer with ‘tennis’ elbow!

Elbow pain, caused either because of a golfers/tennis elbow, occurs as a result of repetitive strain on the tendons of the forearm muscles on the inner/outer sides of the elbow respectively. This is mainly due to repetitive use of the forearm muscles, both with gripping the club and the range of motion the wrist is moved through during the club swing.

Golfers with a faster club-head speed, tend to suffer more from this particular problem.

If you are struggling with elbow pain that is effecting your game, book in for a treatment and I’ll get you striking the ball just as well without such strain on your elbow!
