Be careful not to hurt your neck this bonfire night!
If you stand too close and have to look up for a long time you can irritate the joints and muscles in your neck. If you’re prone to neck pain anyway I’d try and lie down and enjoy them instead!
If you forget this good advice and wake up tomorrow morning unable to look over your shoulder put an icepack on your neck for 10 minutes to reduce the inflammation and try a few shoulder rolls to try to loosen the neck up a bit.
