1st in age group and 3rd Lady Amateur overall. The last minute work on her soleus and ankle and Kinesio tape did the trick too – absolutley no pain during or after the race!
She managed to ‘sit on her hands’ and pass up the opertunity to compete in Vagus – she’s aiming for the Hawaii world championships instead!
