Just to report good progress – still got the tapes on, am being reminded about poor posture much less (coz it’s getting better!) and I’m going to Cambridge on Saturday and so will seek out one of those back roll massage thingies you mentioned. Have changed my desk set-up. Everything’s different and better.
Did my first time trial of the year last night, I don’t train for them but Susan keeps telling me they’re fun to do (I’m not really convinced) … I got a PB (28.32 for 10 miles) and came out top on handicap! Amazing! Must be that stronger core I’m getting, so thanks!
