Entry Requirements
- Currently have or think you may need orthoses.
- Have a sporting or non-sporting activity goal for 2019
- Have one or more of the following:
- an injury not responding to current treatment
- a recurring injury
- injuries that seem to migrate around your body
- struggle with improving either speed or distance
- lost your running mojo and want to get it back
- Use social media or will be happy to increase your social media profile

The winning participant will be required to be a brand ambassador for Lake View and Podfo – maybe asked to attend some promotional events, write a blog and regular updates on social media.

Closing date for entries: Midnight Friday 30th November
To ensure we get the right fit for this brilliant opportunity, we will ask all shortlisted applicants further questions before asking a select few to be available for an interview/assessment on Wednesday 12th December 2018.
The successful candidate will be selected by the Lake View Team and notified on Friday 14th December.
