How can a piece of tape affect my performance?

Increased blood flow ultimately means that your muscles recieve more oxygen and nutrients and also increases lymphatic drainage. This limits muscle fatigue due to inflammation control and aids a faster recovery.

The tape feeds into the body’s sensorimotor system, heightening body awareness and thus changing the way a muscle/joint is used to enhance performance.

I often use the tape to teach patients better posture. The tape helps patients to be more aware of how they are holding themselves, allowing them to corrects themselves more.

I use a combination of Kinseio Tex Tape and Rock Tape in the clinic to help athletes to perform better.
