Pilates

We are now running 2 Pilates classes on Monday evenings: 6:30 and 7:30.

Pilates is an excellent way to build up your core stability to support any ‘weaknesses’ in your back and will ultimately lead to less trips to me, your Osteopath!

Hannah is an excellent tutor and will customize her class to each of your needs. There is still space in both classes contact me for more details or to book.
