Bethany – Osteopath Bedford
Bethany Garrett, Osteopath Bedford
Bethany graduated with a Distinction in Osteopathy at the British College of Osteopathic Medicine (BCOM), together with Diplomas in Naturopathy and Sports Massage. At BCOM she was awarded multiple prizes for high achievement and excellence in medical and anatomical knowledge, hands-on manual practice and clinical aspects of osteopathic technique.
Bethany enjoys a variety of sports including horse riding, running, rowing and swimming. Her sporting background naturally leads her to an interest in sports injuries and rehabilitation. She has personal experience of the frustration these injuries cause and understands the desire to maintain optimum fitness.
In addition to sports injuries she also enjoys treating work-related and age-related disorders, and alleviating the daily stresses placed on the body.
Her advanced understanding of the body and functional movement, together with a broad range of techniques allows her to provide tailored treatment and advice for patients.
Aside from osteopathy, Bethany enjoys travelling and regularly participates in charity muddy obstacle races.
Bethany is registered with the General Osteopathic Council, who work with the public and osteopathic profession to promote patient safety by registering qualified professionals, and setting, maintaining and developing standards of osteopathic practice and conduct.
Helen Jones, St Neots:
“I took my 14 year old daughter to be treated for an injury/problem with her front thigh. She was very apprehensive but Bethany made her feel at ease with her “bedside manner” as well as the treatment. My daughters leg is much improved this morning which means I have a much less stroppy teenager! I would recommend Lakeview Osteopathy to family and friends with the utmost confidence”
Denise Darrington, Cambridgeshire:
I found Bethany to be professional, kind and extremely informative and would have no hesitation in recommending her and the clinic to my friends and colleagues.
Amy Benton, Bedfordshire:
“Extremely happy – just wished I had booked in sooner! Really good, friendly and successful session, thanks!”
